Currently Tahoma Associates has the following positions available:

 

Executive Director..... The Executive Director provides critical leadership and management in directing the Vocational and Residential programs, operations and services with employees, clients and related contributors. Develops strategic plans and ensures fiscal viability for the agency through government sponsored programs, grants and/or charitable benefactors. Oversees government sponsored programs for performance, quality and compliance, ensuring agency and client goals are being met. Serves as the Leader of the management group in addressing service delivery challenges, establishing goals for improving services, training and talent management. Employment Specialist..... Provides job development, on the job training, and follow along supports to Associates and their employers, assuring a good job match.  Completes assessments, plans, and reports while assisting participants to get and keep jobs.  Negotiates tasks and duties to enhance success. Residential Direct Care Staff..... Provides 24/7 supports to persons living within Tahoma's facilities and their own homes.  Trains and supports residents with personal and other activities of daily living, assisting individuals to develop skills, participate in preferred activities within their home, and to be engaged in their community.

 

Crew Supervisor..... Provides structured work opportunities and skills training in grounds maintenance tasks for crews of workers with disabilities.  Develops plans for services and implements them during the course of the work day; assisting individuals to attain their own highest level of competence and independence, leading to greater opportunities for employment in their community.
