Clint has been a member of Tahoma’s Board since 1999 and has served to provide guidance and stewardship to the organization.

His background includes growing up with a close family member with special needs, assisting with their development through to independent living and work. Clint’s intimate family experience gives him the rounded perspective of the challenges associated with serving Tahoma’s participants.

Clint’s background includes over 30 years of experience in a variety of roles and responsibilities as a Chief Executive Officer , a corporate trainer, Human Resource Executive, Vocational Consultant and Job Coach. As a business consultant, he has a deep understanding of organizational development, coaching, business process improvement and leadership and can provide insight into the most challenging of issues. He also has a technical background in Information Technology and has been the chief architect for designing mission critical software using a business process improvement model.
